Alicia McNamara is an Associate Attorney in the San Francisco office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Alicia is committed to delivering practical guidance, fostering open communication with clients, and trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025, Alicia has developed a strong foundation in business and corporate law, compliance, and employment law. Recognized for her ability to translate complex legal concepts into comprehensive, solutions-oriented strategies, she approaches each matter with diligence and care.
Alicia graduated from Santa Clara University in 2021, where she double-majored in Political Science and Gender Studies. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2025.
