April Contreras is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Orange office. She strongly believes in the importance of client communication, collaborative efforts towards resolution, and a proactive approach to case handling.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2015. Since that time, her practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California. Driven by a strong sense of integrity and a desire to make a tangible difference in her clients’ lives, April was drawn to the legal profession as a means to advocate for their rights and interests.
April grew up in Moreno Valley, California. She embodies dedication, determination, and integrity. Inspired by trailblazers like former Associate Chief Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, she continually seeks to make a positive impact through her practice.
Outside the realm of law, April finds joy in traveling, reading, and indulging in true crime and historical podcasts. Among her favorite travel destinations are Japan, Portugal, Mexico, and Colombia.
