Asia Kowalski

Senior Associate Attorney

WCAB Venues Covered:Oakland, Salinas, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Rosa

Asia Kowalski is a Senior Associate Attorney in our East Bay office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Asia places a strong emphasis on client communication and strives to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner.

When it comes to trials, Asia is fearless and aggressive in representing her clients. Her favorite accomplishment was winning at a Priority Conference on AOE/COE. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense Attorney in the San Francisco Bay area.

Asia grew up in the Bay Area. Her motto in life is, “Well behaved woman do not make history” by Mae West. She enjoys traveling and makes it a goal to visit a different country twice a year. Asia’s ideal weekend consists of urban exploring or relaxing at a beach.

Three words to describe Asia are fun, loyal, and ambitious. In her teen years, Asia knew she wanted to pursue law as a future career. If her life had a theme song it would be the “I Did It My Way” remake by Sid Viscous.

Asia’s favorite cuisine is Thai food and enjoys listening to rockabilly and 80’s music. If she could master anything, Asia would like to learn different languages. Fun fact: Asia lived in Yosemite Park after high school and worked for the services at the front hotel desk.
