Brianne Madigan is a Supervising Attorney in the San Diego office. She strongly believes in the importance of prompt client communication. Additionally, she focuses on the aggressive defense of all files with the goal of successfully resolving cases in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner.

Brianne’s practice has focused on civil litigation, employment law, and workers’ compensation defense. Throughout her career, she has obtained several Take Nothings at AOE/COE trials and multiple Take Nothings at arbitrations. Not to mention, during a cross-examination, she successfully convinced a doctor to change his compensability determination and attribute all the applicant’s symptoms to his alcoholism. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Brianne worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout southern California.

Brianne grew up in Temecula, California. When she’s not working, she is enjoying her time spent with her children and nieces and nephews. An ideal weekend for Brianne comprises of a family trip either in the desert or Big Bear.

When it’s time to unwind, Brianne is either watching Bob’s Burgers, true crime, or Hallmark Christmas movies. Her all-time favorite movie is Silence of the Lambs. As for her favorite music genre, she enjoys listening to ’70-’80s rock and ’70’s funk.

Ever since Brianne was in the second grade of elementary school, she was determined to become an attorney. If her life had a theme song, it would be “Move on Up” by Curtis Mayfield. Brianne’s motto in life is, “A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” Fun fact: Brianne is a licensed General Contractor in the state of California.
