Brittany Turner is an Associate Partner in the Orlando, Florida & Atlanta, Georgia offices. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, PEOs, and third-party administrators. Brittany strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2015 and to the State Bar of Florida in 2016. Since that time, her practice has been devoted exclusively to workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, Brittany practiced workers’ compensation law throughout Georgia and Florida and has successfully defended hundreds of workers’ compensation claims across both states.
Brittany graduated from Valdosta State University, in Valdosta, Georgia, where she majored in Philosophy. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015.
