Casey Nagasugi is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. He is committed to working with each client to develop a plan of action from inception to closure for a cost- effective resolution. Casey believes in aggressively pursuing all available defenses to achieve the best outcome.

One of Casey’s many accomplishments includes successfully changing the opinion of a long-time AME to find non-industrial causation. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he was a workers’ compensation defense Attorney for over 12 years and applied the same philosophy of valuing clients’ objective to achieve expedited and efficient resolution of files.

Casey grew up in Lakewood, California. His hobbies include running marathons and half marathons. He also enjoys coaching his oldest daughter’s basketball team. When it comes to professional sports, Casey is rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers, and University of California Bruins.

An ideal weekend for Casey comprises of watching a Dodgers or Lakers game at a craft brewery. Casey’s favorite food is prime rib, and his favorite Netflix show is Cobra Kai. If his life had a theme song it would be “Stronger” by Kelly Clarkson.

To run one of the six Abbott Marathon Majors is number one on Casey’s bucket list. He lives by the phrase, “Don’t worry, be happy.” Fun fact: Casey is an Eagle Scout but does not enjoy camping.
