Charles Burden is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. Charles was admitted to the State Bar of California and all the Federal District Courts in 2023. His journey with Albert and Mackenzie began in 2021, initially as a law clerk and hearing representative. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in areas such as lien resolution, litigation, settlement, and workers’ compensation defense. Throughout his career, Charles boasts a track record of resolving every claim and lien without the need for a Trial, showcasing his exceptional skills.
Charles grew up in Costa Mesa, California. Charles embodies the qualities of resilience, passion, and creativity. His greatest satisfaction in his role as an attorney comes from simplifying the lives of his clients.
In his free time, Charles enjoys golfing and has a hidden talent for crossword puzzles. Charles lives by the motto “Fortis fortuna juvat” (fortune favors the bold), a testament to his fearless approach to life. Fun fact: He once took the stage to sing alongside Blink-182.
