Crystal Witherell is an Associate Attorney in the Sacramento office. She strongly believes that effective representation is rooted in thorough preparation and reliable communication.
Crystal was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2019. Since then, her practice has primarily focused on civil law, with experience spanning both private and public sectors. Her transition into workers’ compensation defense was driven by a focus on practical problem-solving and the efficient resolution of matters, drawing on her experience navigating complex, time-sensitive legal issues.
What Crystal enjoys most about her role is helping clients navigate complex matters with clarity and confidence, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process. She was raised in Monterey County, California, and lives by the motto, “Nothing will work unless you do,” by Maya Angelou.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys yoga, reading, and baking. Her favorite novel is “Tuesdays with Morrie” by Mitch Albom because it resonates deeply with her, as its themes of reflection, purpose, and human connection align with the values she brings to her life. Fun fact: when Crystal truly enjoys a book, she can read it cover to cover in a single night.
