David McLinn is a senior associate attorney in the Agoura Hills office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. David strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
David was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013. Since that time, his practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California including positions as in house staff counsel for two insurance carriers.
David graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree in History. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern Law School in 2010.
