David Speyer is a Senior Associate Attorney in our Agoura Hills office. David believes that the key to success is a working collaboration with claims, employers, and staff. With an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the realm of workers’ compensation, David has garnered remarkable achievements. His accomplishments include securing over 10 Take Nothing findings, prevailing in five post-termination CT claims, and attaining five fraud convictions. David’s unrivaled connections at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and his extensive industry lecturing exemplify the profound relationships he has built throughout his career.
David grew up in Westchester County, New York. His vibrant personality can be best described as humorous, witty, and tenacious. Nevertheless, his proudest achievement will always be his two adult children, whose life choices continually fill him with pride.
Beyond his legal pursuits, David nurtures a diverse range of interests. He enjoys playing tennis, attending music concerts, reading, exercising, watching films, and dining out. Moreover, David possesses a hidden talent for culinary artistry, delighting others with his exceptional cooking skills.
