David Speyer is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. His focus is on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers and third-party administrators. David strongly believes that the defense of any claim revolves around superb client communication and active employer participation.
David was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991 and all its District courts. He has over 25 years of experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney both in private practice and as an in-house attorney for a large insurance company.
David graduated from Cornell University with a major in labor relations in 1983 and obtained his JD from Temple University in 1989.
