Denise Goldstein is a Hearing Representative in the Inland Empire office. She is diligently focused on the defense of workers’ compensation claims and specializes in case management, settlements, and attending hearings.
Denise has over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, having represented both applicant and defense firms. Her extensive and diverse work experience allows Denise to bring an analytical approach to achieving claim resolutions. Her many accomplishments include prevailing at trial against CIGA on standing and statute of limitation issues. Another tried case on an MPN issue became citable case law. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, she worked for law firms in Orange, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Denise enjoys the outdoors. In her free time, she likes to go camping and skiing. As an avid gardener, Denise grows her own vegetables, fruits, herbs, and exotic flowers. Each year, Denise and her son juice pomegranates for their family and friends!
