Dmitry Kogan is a Senior Associate Attorney our Orange office. His practice focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims and lien matters on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
Dmitry’s specialties include lien issues, and defense of general employment matters. He prides himself on his open communication, efficient time management, diligent research, and extensive preparation.
Dmitry was admitted to the California Bar in 2012. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked with a prominent Orange County labor and employment law firm where he defended employers from single-plaintiff civil cases and class actions. He attended UCLA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law (recently renamed Fowler School of Law), under a full-ride merit scholarship. While at Chapman, Dmitry served as the Symposium Editor of the Chapman Law Review and as Vice-President of the Employment Law Society.
