Ellen Creager is a Senior Managing Partner in the Agoura Hills area office. Her extensive legal experience includes trying complex civil litigation cases, including the defense of workers’ compensation cases. In addition to this, she has argued before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
Aggressive in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, Ellen emphasizes investigation into fraudulent actions. She prides herself in timely reporting and responsiveness to client needs and defending cases with zeal.
With a passion for law and learning, Ellen was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and the California State Bar in 2002. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and attained her Juris Doctor in 1993.
Ellen grew up in southern California, however, lived in New York for 10 years. Since the pandemic, Ellen has enjoyed cooking and baking bread. She also loved to travel with her family prior to the pandemic.
Ellen is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and New York Bar Association. She is also a sought-after speaker and guest lecturer on current workers’ compensation issues.
