Erin Majidi is a Senior Associate Attorney at Albert and Mackenzie’s Orange County office. Since 2003, Erin has devoted her practice exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation law. She has successfully litigated complex cases and has also defended clients in connection with Labor Code Section 132(a) discrimination claims and Serious & Willful claims.
Erin’s approach to each case is with zealous advocacy and a sense of urgency. Her goal is to obtain the most favorable yet cost effective results for her clients. She strongly believes being responsive to each client’s unique needs and providing outstanding service is crucial in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Erin grew up on the east coast in Bergen County, New Jersey. She loves to travel, learn about new cultures, read true crime novels, and shop with her teenage daughter.
Erin’s favorite basketball team is the Los Angeles Lakers. She enjoys pop music and sushi. As for her favorite holiday, it would be Thanksgiving because it encompasses of time spent with her loved ones, food, and a reminder of everything she is grateful for.
Three words to describe Erin are kind, hardworking, and determined. She comes from a long line of attorneys and was inspired by her father to pursue a career in law. Erin lives by the expression, “Stay humble, work hard, and be kind.”
