Erin Majidi is a Senior Associate Attorney at Albert & Mackenzie in the Orange Office. Since 2003 Erin has devoted her practice exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation law and has represented employers, insurance carries and third-party administrators in defense of workers’ compensation claims. Erin has successfully litigated complex cases and has also defended clients in connection with Labor Code Section 132(a) discrimination claims and Serious & Willful claims.
Erin’s approach to each case is with zealous advocacy and sense of urgency. Her goal is to always obtain the most favorable, yet cost effective, results for her clients. She strongly believes being responsive to each client’s unique needs and providing outstanding service is crucial in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Erin was admitted to the State Bar of California in June, 2002. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. Degree in Psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law, with honors, in 2002. She is a recipient of academic awards and recognition in the areas of Arbitration and Trial Advocacy.
