Eugene Cruz is an Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. Eugene firmly believes in delivering maximum client value by resolving workers’ compensation claims through a thorough yet cost-efficient process.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1999, Eugene began his workers’ compensation legal career as an Applicant Attorney with a Pomona-based firm representing clients throughout the greater Southern California region. Shortly after his first month in workers’ compensation law, he swiftly secured settlements, and over time, his case settlement value increased by more than 280%.
Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Eugene enjoys reading as well as ghostwriting self-improvement books. His ideal weekend includes exploring natural history or art museums with his wife and young son, enjoying lunch by a lake, and capping off the evening with some browsing at a local bookstore.
Eugene lives by the motto: “Where your focus goes, your energy flows. Whatever you focus on will grow.” If he could choose any mentor, he would look to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
