Genevieve Hoffman is a Senior Associate Attorney in the East Bay area office. She believes a crucial part of advocating for clients begins with listening carefully to their needs and goals.
One of Genevieve’s many accomplishments in her workers’ compensation career includes successfully obtaining Orders granting credits for TD overpayments. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she practiced civil litigation.
Genevieve grew up in Ventura, California. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the beaches around the Bay Area with her son. If Genevieve could describe herself in three words, it would be ethical, loyal, and personable.
When it comes to sports, Genevieve is rooting for the Golden State Warriors, Las Vegas Raiders, and her son’s soccer team, the Benicia Arsenal. As for her favorite films, she loves those written by Quentin Tarantino. If Genevieve was not an attorney, she would be a therapist.
Genevieve’s favorite holiday is Thanksgiving as it is a time when everyone comes together and enjoys themselves. If her life had a theme song, it would be “Closer” by Goapele. Genevieve lives by the phrase, “We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.” (Maya Angelou)
