Ibi Davis-Ossuetta is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Agoura Hills office. She specializes in labor and employment representing national employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in employment litigation. Ibi also has transactional experience, along with entertainment and ERISA.
Throughout Ibi’s workers’ compensation career, she has acquired several Take Nothing findings and conducted numerous cross-examinations that have resulted in a significant decrease in exposure to clients. Ibi has represented a variety of clients including public and private employers, top five Fortune 500 Companies, NFL teams, and MLB teams. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Ibi served as Partner of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP’s Labor and Employment practice group, which focused on workers’ compensation defense.
Ibi grew up in Anaheim Hills, California. Her favorite aspect of being an Attorney is advocating on behalf of her clients. As Ibi grew up watching her grandfather help others as an Attorney, she was inspired to pursue a career in law.
If Ibi’s life had a theme song, it would be I’m Every Woman by Whitney Houston. Her favorite music genre is Rhythm & Blues.
Ibi’s interests include traveling and learning about different cultures – Greece being her favorite place in the world. Fun fact: Ibi has traveled to over 30 countries and has been to four continents!
