Jamie Riley is a Senior Associate Attorney based in the Oxnard office. Jamie believes in delivering extraordinary results by providing exceptional client communication, aggressive advocacy, and cost-effective resolutions.
Admitted to the State Bar of California and all Federal District Courts in California in 2011, Jamie brings a wealth of experience to our firm. Before joining Albert and Mackenzie, he served as in-house counsel for a workers’ compensation carrier for over a decade. Jamie’s impressive track record includes prevailing on a matter before the California Court of Appeals, skillfully cross-examining medical professionals, and achieving favorable outcomes in multiple Trials.
In his tenure, Jamie has consistently closed over 100 cases annually, demonstrating his commitment to mitigating clients’ exposure through proactive case management. He also keeps a keen eye on new legal developments and has taught numerous continuing legal education courses throughout his career.
Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys tackling DIY home improvement projects, growing carnivorous plants, and maintaining saltwater coral reef aquariums. An avid cook, he loves preparing meals from scratch, with Mexican cuisine being his favorite. Fun fact: Jamie has traveled to over 25 countries and has had the unique experience of living abroad in Mexico, Spain, and Ireland.
