Jessica Reardon is an Associate Attorney in the San Francisco office of Albert & Mackenzie. She brings detail-oriented approach to her work and is committed to advocating zealously on behalf of her clients.
Jessica was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2025 and focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2025. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, she spent two years working as a Law Clerk in criminal defense and environmental law, where she gained practical experience supporting case strategy, legal research, and client matters.
Originally from the East Bay, Jessica enjoys reading, painting, and watching films in her free time. She has a particular interest in horror films, and her favorite novel is “The Silent Patient” by Alex Michaelides, a mystery she read in one sitting. Unsurprisingly, her favorite holiday is Halloween.
Jessica was inspired to pursue a career in law by a desire to challenge herself and to be a trusted resource for her family and those around her. That motivation continues to guide her approach as she builds her legal career.
