Jon Crumpton is an Associate Attorney in the Fresno area office. Jon enjoys the person-to-person communication aspect of his career and strives to maintain excellent working relationships with his clients. He focuses intently on his clients’ needs and aims to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.

Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2023, Jon’s journey to becoming an attorney includes seven years of invaluable experience as a workers’ compensation Legal Assistant in an Orange County law firm dedicated to representing injured workers. This unique background provides Jon with unparalleled insight into the perspectives of injured workers and their legal representatives, informing his strategic approach to defense cases.

Jon graduated with honors from the San Luis Obispo College of Law, where he also earned the distinction of Salutatorian of his graduating class. Acknowledged for his outstanding academic achievements, he received the San Luis Obispo College of Law Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and was chosen as a Moot Court competition finalist. Additionally, Jon holds certification in Core Mediation Training.

Jon’s favorite hobbies are international travel, playing golf, and seeking out new restaurants and interesting dining experiences. An avid weekend golfer, he considers a perfect weekend to be one spent on the golf course with friends or family, striving to break a score of 90. Jon’s future aspirations include refining his golf skills to attain a single-digit handicap.

Jon has traveled to six continents, with only Australia remaining on his bucket list. His extensive travels have instilled in him a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and cuisines. He is particularly fond of very spicy dishes, Indian food being his favorite.

Jon lives his life in a constant state of gratitude. Three words to best describe him would be motivated, enthusiastic, and grateful.
