Joseph Doucette is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Joseph strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California and all the Federal District Courts in California in 2026. Since that time, his practice area has been workers’ compensation defense.
Joseph graduated from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico where he majored in Finance. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2025.
