Joseph Hirsch

Senior Associate Attorney

WCAB Venues Covered:Pomona, Riverside, San Bernardino

Joseph Hirsch is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Inland Empire area office and is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. He values delivering measurable results to his clients and resolving cases in the most cost-effective manner.

Throughout Joseph’s workers’ compensation career, he has successfully defended claims resulting in Take Nothing findings. A memorable accomplishment of Joseph’s was obtaining a Take Nothing by showing the applicant lacked credibility despite an AME finding injury and all treating doctors supporting a specific injury. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense Attorney throughout California.

Joseph grew up in Barrington Hills, Illinois. Joseph is a home improvement enthusiast. In his free time, he is working on a project around his home. In the past 12 years, he has flipped five houses. Joseph also enjoys cooking – his wife proclaims his cooking is far better than the restaurants they visit.

An ideal weekend for Joseph comprises of tinkering on Saturday and relaxing and grilling with his wife, son, and two daughters on Sunday. As for his favorite place in the world, it would be his grandparents’ winter retreat where he visited growing up. His current Netflix obsession is Shameless.

Joseph’s mother inspired him to pursue a career as an attorney. Although he did not plan on applying to law schools, his mother encouraged him to take the LSAT on a whim. Shortly after, Joseph began to receive letters offering scholarships.
