Judy Barrett is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Orange office and is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation. She strongly believes in the importance of cline communication and focus on successful resolution of cases in the most expedient and cost-effective manner.
Judy was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1988, and the State Bar of Arizona in 1996. She is also admitted to the Federal District Court of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to her tenure at Albert & Mackenzie, Judy honed her skills as a workers’ compensation defense attorney across California, successfully closing numerous cases and securing early settlements.
Judy grew up in southern California. Her volunteer work with the Palm Springs Police Department inspired her to pursue a career in law. Integral to her role is the art of problem-solving – a skill she leverages to navigate complex cases and deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
If Judy’s life had a soundtrack, it would be “Rolling in the Deep” by Adele. Her interests span the realms of AI, computers, target practice, painting, and baking. Fun fact: She once flew the Goodyear Blimp.
