Katlyn Oliver is an associate attorney in the Orange County office. She believes in an aggressive approach to litigation while preserving the client’s preference for an efficient, cost-effective resolution for their cases.

Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Katlyn worked as a Claims Assistant Supervisor at Amtrust North America for over six years where she established a comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation litigation. After being admitted to the State Bar she built upon her prior workers’ compensation knowledge by developing a strong foundation for workers’ compensation defense handling.

Katlyn grew up in Orange County, California. She graduated from California State University Fullerton where she majored in Liberal Studies. Thereafter she spent two years in Chile, South America, teaching English as a Second Language. She returned to California in order to pursue her law career. Katlyn then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Western State College of Law in 2020 and passed the State Bar of California in 2021.

In her free time, Katlyn likes to try new restaurants with family and friends and babysit her twin sister’s dog, Muppet. Her interests also include adding to her plant collection, working out, and reading. Katlyn’s favorite TV show is 30 Rock, and her favorite author is Malcolm Gladwell.
