Kim Poese is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Orange office. She strongly believes in providing highly specialized legal counsel and support at every stage of the claims process. Guiding her clients with integrity, professionalism and unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible outcome and negotiating with parties to avoid cost of litigation and reach solutions.
Kim was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal Courts in California in 1994. Since then, she has built a distinguished career in personal injury and workers’ compensation defense, earning a reputation for securing favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. Before joining Albert & Mackenzie, Kim practiced workers’ compensation defense law across California.
Kim grew up in Orange County, California. An avid equestrian, her ideal weekend includes time at the ranch, horseback riding through open trails.
If you had to describe Kim in three words, they would be: loyal, helpful, and sincere. She lives by the motto: “Live a life full without regrets.”
