Menasha Cinberg is an Associate Attorney in the San Jose office. She strongly believes in the importance of client communication, fostering relationships and focuses on successfully resolving cases in the most cost-effective manner.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2023. Since that time, her practice has focused on workers’ compensation
defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Menasha worked as a property and casualty insurance broker in New York City.
Menasha’s formative years were shaped by her upbringing in Sri Lanka, where she witnessed income disparity and racial discrimination amidst a civil war. This transformative experience ignited her passion to pursue a career that would create a positive impact on society, ultimately leading her to the legal profession.
In her free time, Menasha prioritizes physical well-being through working out and practicing hot yoga, while also finding inner peace through meditation. Additionally, Menasha also enjoys channeling her creativity into creating plaster art.
Number one on Menasha’s bucket list is to travel to 100 countries. With 84 countries still on her bucket list, she remains steadfast in her pursuit of diverse experiences and global perspectives. If her life had a theme song, it would be Gratitude by Londrelle.
