Miranda Francis is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Fresno area office. She focuses on a client-centered approach to case handling, prioritizing achieving the most time effective and favorable outcomes.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013 and the State Bar of Washington in 2020. Since that time, she has practiced in diverse areas of law including criminal, estate, and employment law. Before joining Albert & Mackenzie, she served as a workers’ compensation defense attorney in northern California, gaining extensive experience in global case handling, including subrogation and 132(a) claims. Throughout her career, Miranda has honed her skills in taking depositions, always balancing empathy, especially when working with individuals facing severe or life-threatening injuries.
Miranda grew up in San Jose, California. Miranda is best described as efficient, detail-oriented, and open-minded. She finds great satisfaction in bringing the pieces of a case together, like solving a complex puzzle.
In Miranda’s free time, she enjoys reading. Her favorite novel is Harry Potter – a series that holds a special place in her heart as she can track her major life events by the book and movie releases. A devoted fan of the Denver Broncos, Miranda also enjoys sports.
