Miranda Francis is a senior associate attorney in the Fresno area office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Miranda focuses on a client driven approach to case handling with the goal of achieving the most time effective and favorable case outcomes.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2013 and the State Bar of Washington in 2020. Since that time, she has practiced in diverse areas of law including criminal, estate, and employment law. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney in Northern California and has extensive experience in global case handling including subrogation and 132(a) claims.
