Monique Midose is an Associate Attorney in the Orange area office. Her style of advocacy includes aggressive defense of client interests and the provision of cost-effective strategies for equitable case resolution.
Monique was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2017 and began practicing in the field of workers’ compensation in 2021. Prior to joining Albert & Mackenzie, Monique worked as an Applicant Attorney. She has gained ample experience applying in-depth knowledge of case law to each case and is able to communicate the totality of potential liability exposure to clients.
Throughout her career, Monique has consistently achieved settlements that align with her clients’ interests, leveraging her expertise to navigate complex legal landscapes. Her adeptness in cross-examining QMEs has resulted in amended reports favoring her clients’ positions.
Monique grew up in Huntington Beach, California. Since she was eight years old, Monique aspired to become an attorney. With a positive outlook encapsulated by her motto, “The glass is half full,” Monique embraces life with optimism.
An ideal weekend for Monique comprises of spending time with family, exploring a new restaurant, and going to Church. Fun fact: Monique has traveled to various Caribbean Islands, with the Bahamas holding a special place in her heart.
