Nina Meller is an Associate Attorney in the Oxnard area office. She believes in the importance of building rapport with clients and resolving cases in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Nina was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2015. She began her legal career in civil litigation, then later managed the legal department of a non-profit that represented survivors of domestic violence. In 2022, Nina transitioned to workers’ compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Nina worked as a workers’ compensation applicants’ attorney on the central coast of California.
Nina grew up in St. Petersburg, Russia. From the get-go, Nina was passionate about pursuing a career that was challenging and purposeful. If there were three words to describe Nina, they would be leader, empath, and dreamer.
Nina enjoys going on adventures with her partner and young sons. Some of her favorite activities involve hiking, gardening, and spending time with friends. Nina’s favorite place in the world is Cowell Henry State Park in Santa Cruz as redwoods bring her a sense of magic and tranquility.
Fun fact: Nina loves to sing but mainly in the privacy of her car.
