Rosanna Barajas is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Encino office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers and third-party administrators. She believes in resolving claims at an early stage and obtaining the best settlements for her clients.
She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015. Rosanna’s journey in workers’ compensation defense began in 2001 at a reputable law firm where she worked as a legal secretary and paralegal while continuing her education in the evenings. Through these experiences, she has gained valuable insight into the defense of workers’ compensation claims from various perspectives.
Rosanna graduated from UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English. Thereafter, she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and the Jefferson Medal for Legal Writing.
Rosanna is fluent in Spanish.
