Sara Grumley is a Managing Partner in the San Francisco office and is also a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. She values open and frequent communication to move cases forward and obtain the best outcomes for her clients.
Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, Sara worked as a workers’ compensation defense Attorney throughout northern California and has some civil practice experience as well. Her aggressive defense and representation on behalf of clients have resulted in successful cross-examinations and countless early case closures.
Sara grew up in Rohnert Park, California. An ideal weekend for Sara comprises of hiking with her golden retriever puppy, Rosie, and wine tasting with friends. One thing she absolutely cannot live without is her family.
Sara’s favorite novel is Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card. Her interests include hiking, Latin dance, and baking – one of Sara’s hidden talents.
Number one on Sara’s bucket list is a trip to Egypt. If she was not an attorney, she would be a physical anthropologist. Fun fact: Sara completed the entire 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago, which originally was an ancient pilgrimage in Spain. She also lived in Spain for a year teaching English.
