Susan Soleimani is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Encino area office. Demonstrating a decade of experience in workers’ compensation defense throughout California, Susan’s commitment to aggressive advocacy for her clients is matched by her clear communication and ability to develop tailored strategies aligned with their best interests.
Not long after she was admitted to the State Bar of California, in February of 2011, Susan began her career as a defense attorney. She is well-versed in navigating the complexities of the legal process, having successfully defended employers and their carriers on all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, from inception to Trial. Her diligent approach and insightful strategies have consistently delivered favorable outcomes for her clients.
Susan spent her childhood in Iran and moved to the United States at the age of 10 years old. Her favorite aspect of California is the state’s social and geographic diversity. An ideal weekend for Susan comprises of an open road, mountains, and exploring a remote town.
During her leisure time, Susan indulges in her passion for photography, travel, and design, which reflects her artistic and adventurous spirit. Her keen eye for capturing moments through a lens embodies the essence of her favorite quote by Ruth Bader Ginsburg, “I am a very strong believer in listening and learning from others.”
