Timothy Stariwat is an Associate Attorney in the Inland Empire office. He strongly believes that consistent client communication is the key to success and goes out of the way to ensure that his clients’ goals are fully understood and pursued with zealous advocacy.
Timothy was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie in 2022, he worked as a workers’ compensation defense Attorney handling a variety of claims before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards in southern California.
Timothy grew up in Missouri. After moving to California and pursuing a career in IT, Timothy made the leap into the legal field and obtained his Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California in 2020.
In Timothy’s free time, he enjoys cooking, gardening, playing online video games with his wife and children, and building high-end computer systems. An ideal weekend for Timothy comprises of a retreat away from the city to enjoy nature.
His motto in life, which he attributes to his late grandfather, is “You learn more from failure than you do from success.”
Fun fact: Timothy is a second-degree black belt in Songahm Taekwondo.
