Wendy Chan is an Associate Attorney in the Orange County office. She strongly believes in the importance of developing and maintaining client relationships and focuses on resolving cases in the most cost-efficient manner.
Wendy was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked for a mid-sized law firm specializing in workers’ compensation defense and insurance fraud.
While in law school, Wendy was awarded CALI Excellence Awards in Legal Research and Writing, Mediation, and Property Law. She also served as Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and received an Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Emphasis Certificate upon graduation.
Wendy grew up in Toronto, Canada. Ever since she was a child, Wendy felt strongly about standing up for her beliefs. She enjoyed playing devil’s advocate and her family and friends often told her she was lawyerly.
Wendy’s interests include traveling, reading, hiking, and exploring new eateries. Her favorite place in the world is Italy, and her favorite book is Steve Jobs: The Man Who Thought Different by Walter Isaacson.
If her life had a theme song, it would be It’s My Life by Bon Jovi. Fun fact: Wendy was a first-chair clarinet player in high school.
