Rosanna Barajas is a senior associate attorney in the Encino office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers and third-party administrators. She firmly believes in resolving claims at an early stage and obtaining the best settlements for her clients.
She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2015. For nine years Rosanna worked as a Paralegal and Legal Secretary at two reputable workers’ compensation defense firms in the Los Angeles area. Before joining Albert and Mackenzie, she practiced workers’ compensation defense at a small firm in the San Fernando Valley. Through these experiences, she has gained valuable insight into the defense of workers’ compensation claims.
Rosanna graduated from UCLA and obtained a Bachelor of Arts inEnglish. Thereafter, she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and the Jefferson Medal for Legal Writing. While in law school, she also interned for the San Diego Office of the Public Defender.
Rosanna is fluent in Spanish.
