During discovery, Harmony caught several fraudulent statements from the applicant. She compared deposition testimony with medical records and PQME evaluations, uncovering that the applicant had hidden important details about how they got COVID-19. This key discovery led to denying the claim and reaching a final settlement, avoiding long court battles and hefty hospital expenses.
