Matthew Boyer serves as a Partner in the Orange County office. He strongly believes in the importance of client communication and focuses on resolving cases in the most cost-effective manner.
One of Matthew’s many accomplishments in his workers’ compensation career was a successful AOE/COE trial against a client’s 15+ year employee with a finding of no injury, followed by criminal indictment for perjury and workers’ compensation fraud. His strategic approach has also led to multiple fraud convictions.
Matthew grew up in Orange County, California. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and gardening. An ideal weekend for Matthew comprises of visiting the beach with his wife, working on his yard, and spending time with his friends.
Matthew’s motto in life is, “One step back but two steps forward.” If given the opportunity, Matthew would have sought the mentorship of Benjamin Franklin.
Three words to describe Matthew are motivated, outgoing, and optimistic. His interest in law and motivation to be a part of the system’s solution inspired him to pursue a career as an Attorney. Fun fact: Matthew is a Reserve Firefighter with Orange County Fire Authority.
