Allison Seghetti

Senior Associate Attorney

WCAB Venues Covered:San Diego

Allison Seghetti is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. She believes in working closely with her clients to develop and employ thoughtful and aggressive litigation strategies that protect her clients’ best interests while discouraging unfounded claims.

Before joining Albert and Mackenzie, Allison worked as a workers’ compensation defense Attorney for a mid-size firm, covering all of California. Prior to attending law school and beginning her career as an Attorney, Allison worked as a Police Officer. Her law-and-order background provides her with a unique approach to case handling, which has led to her strong cross-examination skills and noteworthy trial record, which includes Take-Nothings.

Allison lives by the words, “Happy, hungry, humble.” Her hobbies include training dogs for protection work, riding horses, participating in CrossFit competitions, and traveling the world. If she could only eat one pizza her entire life it would be diavola with buffalo mozzarella from Italy.

She enjoys books written by American author of horror and supernatural fiction, Stephen King. If granted an opportunity to select any individual in the world as a mentor, Allison would choose English primatologist, Jane Goodall.

An ideal weekend for Allison consists of either staying at home at her ranch with her husband and animals or exploring wineries in Cambria. She has eight animals: two horses, one donkey, two dogs, and three barn cats. Fun fact: Allison is the first and only woman in the United States certified as a Mondioring decoy.
