Ksenia Snylyk is an associate attorney in the Oxnard area office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Ksenia strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner. Ms. Snylyk is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2009 and the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Central District of California in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Since that time, her practice has focused on complex toxic tort litigation and workers’ compensation defense, earning her several substantial verdicts and a commendation from the Mayor of Lancaster. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California.
Ksenia graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. She then obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Marymount University School of Law in 2009, where she earned highest honors in her class for trial advocacy.
