Kerry Tepper is a senior associate attorney in the Agoura Hills office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Mr. Tepper will aggressively defend against a claim, while continuously seeking a prompt favorable settlement or resolution.
Kerry has litigated workers’ compensation cases for over 20 years, effectively cross-examining hundreds of litigants and expert witnesses in depositions and trials to achieve favorable results for his clients. His has proven himself essential to his clients, often providing assistance in formulating plans for cross-examining opposing doctors in workers’ compensation cases.
Mr. Tepper graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he majored in Political Science with a Public Administration emphasis. He then obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Trusts law. Kerry was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986. Since that time his practice has included workers’ compensation, personal injury, employment, and medical malpractice law, including numerous trials and arbitrations.
