Brooke Warman is a senior associate attorney in the San Francisco office. She focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Brooke strongly believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
She was admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Courts in California in 2009. Since then, her practice has been in bankruptcy, family and employment law and her focus on workers’ compensation defense began in 2013. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, she worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney in the Bay Area.
Brooke graduated from UC San Diego where she studied history and French. She attended Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in May 2009.
