Russ Neault is the Executive Director at Albert and Mackenzie. For more than 15 years, he has provided his professional expertise to the firm, previously serving as the Business and Litigation Manager. His aggressive and strategic business approach has helped the organization grow tenfold since 2006. In his role, Russ oversees the administrative functions, as well as operations, marketing, recruiting and office development. Russ works alongside Albert and Mackenzie’s Senior Partners in relation to the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Russ focuses his efforts on organization, operational oversight, and the performance and growth of the company. While he centers on providing the highest quality of service to clientele, Russ also creates opportunities for the organization’s staff to develop their skills and maximize their potential. Russ is a team builder who has successfully guided and mentored departmental directors, managers, and staff alike.
Russ grew up in northern California. His hobbies include exploring the outdoors and connecting with nature and wildlife. When time permits, he enjoys traveling to various places to paddle, mountain bike, ski, hike, and camp in his 4×4 travel van.
He lives by the phrase, “Life is about the journey, not the destination.” With a love for new adventures, one thing he absolutely cannot live without is traveling and experiencing new places. His favorite place in the world is among the redwood trees on the northern California coast.
Russ has a deep love and appreciation for all animals and feels they are in need of compassion, support, and advocacy. He serves on the Board of Directors for Kim’s Nurturing Nest Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit organization that rescues domestic farm animals in an effort to provide them with a healthy and cruelty-free future.
