Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991, Penny has dedicated her career primarily to workers’ compensation defense. Penny is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. Throughout her career, Penny has accumulated an impressive record of 27 Take Nothing findings, demonstrating her exceptional ability to navigate complex legal challenges. Additionally, her adeptness in conducting successful depositions with doctors has contributed significantly to her clients’ favorable outcomes.

Penny grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In her free time, she participates in a range of sports, including hockey, biking, running, and soccer. For Penny, an ideal weekend involves immersing herself in nature through invigorating hikes, exhilarating bike rides, and cherishing precious moments with her children.

Embracing the multifaceted nature of her role, she revels in the constant learning opportunities presented by the diverse array of legal issues she encounters.
