Russ Neault is the Executive Director at Albert and Mackenzie. He joined Albert and Mackenzie in 2006, and has primary responsibility for the operational management of the firm.  In this capacity, he oversees the finance and administrative functions, including operations, marketing, human resources, technology, recruiting and office development. He works alongside Albert and Mackenzie’s senior partners in connection with all strategic planning efforts.

Russ focuses his efforts on organization, operational oversight and efficiency. While he concentrates on providing the highest quality services to the firm’s clients, he also works to create opportunities for the firm’s professionals to develop their skills and maximize their potential. He is a team builder, who has successfully developed departmental directors, managers and staff through mentoring and motivating.

Russ has been developing his professional services expertise for more than 10 years with Albert and Mackenzie, previously serving as the firm‘s Business and Litigation Manager. His aggressive and strategic business approach has helped grow the firm tenfold since 2006.

Russ spends much of his time in pursuit of outdoor adventures. If it involves a sense of exploration and adventure, he is always up for the challenge.
