Daniel Schwarz is an associate attorney in the Inland Empire office. He focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Daniel believes in the importance of client communication and always focuses on trying to successfully resolve cases in the most cost-effective manner.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2018. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, his practice and focus was in workers’ compensation defense with a prominent California defense firm.
Daniel graduated from California State University, San Bernardino where he majored in Philosophy. He subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2017. In his free time, Daniel likes to play basketball and go to Disneyland with his wife.
